How to submit a DMCA notice

Please send a written notification to [email protected] that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including enough detail (e.g., the URL) so we can locate it;
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected party.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of repeat infringers.
